Have you ever had a friend that moved away that you missed for a long time after they were gone? I sort of have that with Luke, but he didn't actually move away. I see him in the hallway between classes, but we hardly speak anymore. We talked that one time at Java and maybe he's mad that I blew him off a bit. Should I apologize? It's weird not to have my buddy around, you know?

Meanwhile, I'm starting to wonder if things are going to work out with you know who. She's been driving me a bit crazy lately. I'm too young to be tied down anyway, right?

Can this school year drag on any longer? A month to go and I'm so sick of it. This has probably been the worst year ever. I lost my best friend, my parents hate each other (and me) and I just got my stupid computer working again.

Why can't anything ever be easy?

My girlfriend has been forcing me to watch American Idol with her. She was sobbing over this Chris dude, but I didn't think he was that great anyway. Now "we're" rooting for Elliott. Oh boy.

Not too much new to report. Life in Oakdale is as fun as ever.

Some day I'm gonna get out of this town.
